Country Mouse

This cute little bugger trespassed and created all kinds of chaos. He finally got busted for robbery and destruction of property and was sentenced to life in the outdoors, but only after completing a commercial photo session with me. He was reluctant about the shoot, so I ended up bribing some cooperation out of him with plenty of cheese. It worked :)

My Commercial Work In Action

People are always asking me where my commercial work gets used. I usually don’t know because the stock photo agencies deal with the licensing, and they could literally be used anywhere in the world. Out of the 11,000+ licenses sold on over 1,000 of my images in the last couple of years, I personally only have samples of a small handful of sightings. I’ve heard of a few more, but haven’t got a sample shot of them yet. If you see a pic you think might have been taken by me, send me a sample, link, or a snapshot of it so I can share it on here. Here are some that I know of:

Ever wonder where the picture frame companies get the pics they put in their frames? Yep! Stock photography agencies. This picture frame with my work in it was spotted at a TJ Max store in Massachusetts by a friend with her camera phone.

This one of my daughter Lindsey doing her Scorpion move has been licensed many times. This licensed use was for a yoga products company.

This cute family was the choice of an advertising agency to use on a poster promoting Columbia River Bank.”

This one was so fun to find out about. My daughter Ariel (the model), actually considered studying photography at this school since they are very respected in the photography world. Here she is in an online ad promoting them!

This Angus cow photo of mine was used on a cattle website. The designer added the green lush background.
