Andrew is involved in so many things, he only had a short time in the early afternoon for his senior portraits. Bright sunlight and a warm day is what we had, but we survived. We did some at the tennis court, and the rest at Centennial Park. It was fun and we got some good stuff, even if we did end up with sunburns

This cute girl came up from Utah and we had such a nice time doing her senior portraits. She brought her adorable dog, too She was thinking about not having any portraits taken in her formal gown, but since she did bring it I asked to see it and told her we just HAD to get some of her wearing it. Shelly is so sweet and pretty, and I totally enjoyed taking her portraits and getting to know her and her mother. She’s been a cheerleader since Junior High, which is when I first took her portrait. Evidently she’s known since then that I’d be taking her senior portraits someday. Time flies! It was cold, but she was tough and never complained. The light was amazing and worth freezing for

I was so impressed with this kid! Totally cool and together. The world’s in good hands with young men like this in its future. Lee’s also involved in lots of sports. He was on his high school’s football team and helped them have the best season they’ve had in years!

If Shane had a list of things he’d rather do than get his senior portraits taken, it was a long list! He was a good sport though and suffered through. I’m sure I was having the most fun:) Shane comes from a wonderful family whom I just love, and I can tell you – they are all this photogenic!

Casey is one of those walking miracles that the world is a better place because of. He was nearly killed in a recreational accident not very many years ago and had a very slim chance of surviving. But here he is! His smile is contagious and his sense of humor is hilarious. Getting a serious expression from him was almost impossible. I laughed plenty, as did his entourage that were with us:)

This is Cristine’s second SP session. She had one in the fall, but wanted a Spring session also. Cool! Too much fun for me:) Since we did her Fall session at Lake Walcott, we went to the Secret Garden this time. It’s still kind of early for very many flowers since winter has been reluctant to leave, but it was beautiful and the light was amazing!

Here’s my last senior portrait of 2007. This is Cristine who was the friend at Ashley’s shoot. Cristine and her family are good friends and neighbors and it was fun doing this shoot with her and her mom. We ran out of light, but still got some good ones before the sun set.

This cute girl was so comfortable in front of the lens which made for a real fun shoot. We had great weather and her mom and best friend were there, too. Teenage girls are just so happy and they always make me smile:) Here are some of my faves…
