Kasey’s Senior Portraits

Kasey is such a beautiful and talented girl! This was a fun session that also included their ginormous Great Dane puppy, and the opportunity to hear Kasey play her violin! She played so beautifully, I would have loved to listen to her for hours. The weather wasn’t too great as thick storm clouds came rolling in making it really dark out there at Lake Walcott. Luckily I have a bag of tricks so we could create our own sunshine and capture the beautiful fall foliage background ;)

Kevin’s Senior Portraits

This was a fun senior session! Kevin is a pretty amazing basketball player, so we just had to get some basketball portraits at the school gym. Sports photography is way fun! Although being the only ones there and being in control of the “game” is kind of like cheating I suppose, but we still got some real shots – both Kevin and I!

Andrew’s Senior Portraits

Andrew is involved in so many things, he only had a short time in the early afternoon for his senior portraits. Bright sunlight and a warm day is what we had, but we survived. We did some at the tennis court, and the rest at Centennial Park. It was fun and we got some good stuff, even if we did end up with sunburns :)

Stephanie’s Senior Portraits

This cute girl came up from Utah and we had such a nice time doing her senior portraits. She brought her adorable dog, too :) She was thinking about not having any portraits taken in her formal gown, but since she did bring it I asked to see it and told her we just HAD to get some of her wearing it. Gorgeous gown. Click the play button in the lower left corner to view as a slideshow – I added music this time ;)

Shelly’s Senior Portraits

Shelly is so sweet and pretty, and I totally enjoyed taking her portraits and getting to know her and her mother. She’s been a cheerleader since Junior High, which is when I first took her portrait. Evidently she’s known since then that I’d be taking her senior portraits someday. Time flies! It was cold, but she was tough and never complained. The light was amazing and worth freezing for :)
