Current casting calls:

  • Sports, athletics, fitness – all ages (ie: snow sports, rock climbing, golf, hunting, fishing, water sports, break dancing, basketball, football, baseball, etc.)
  • “Trash the Dress” Bridal Sessions – We won’t really destroy the dress, but the purpose will be more on great shots than worrying about the gown.
  • Students – elementary ages and up
  • Cowboy and western lifestyle, rodeo – all ages
  • Bands / Musicians – great opportunity for local artists
  • Medical professions – MD, Dentistry, Nursing, Veterinary
  • Military and law enforcement
  • Active retired couples
  • Families (especially multi-generation and/or multi-ethnic), groups and friends (any age group)
  • Local small businesses

This list is not all inclusive, so if you have ideas not listed above, contact me and we can discuss the possibilities.

FAQ

What are commercial/modeling sessions?
These sessions are for inclusion in stock photo libraries and are made available on an international level. Photos from these sessions can end up in all kinds of places like magazines, newspapers, calendars, brochures, websites, books, products, etc. – any purpose except pornographic or defamatory.

How are these sessions different from your portrait sessions?
- One difference is that all persons, regardless of age, will need a signed model release. Parents/guardians will need to sign for models under 18 years of age. (Available below)

- Another difference is that these sessions are free to you.

- Scheduling of these sessions is dependent on the viability of the theme for commercial use and the needs of the stock agencies that I work with.

- Commercial/modeling sessions are for the purpose of creating images for commercial use. (I will, however, do my best to accommodate special requests.)

What about privacy of the personal information contained on the model release?
The stock photo agencies I work with (Getty Images and iStockphoto) have strict terms and conditions. Your private information will never be available to those who license my images.

What do I get?
You get a CD of high resolution JPG files and reprint permission for personal use, and an online gallery. If you are a business owner, it is permissible to use the photos in your marketing.

What kind of pictures do you take for these sessions?
Lifestyle, as in people enjoying life, doing things together, interacting, working, and having fun. There would also be posed portrait shots. These sessions can take place in my studio, your home, or some other location. The possibilities for these sessions are endless and I’m always open to new ideas.
